If needed, custom crating is offered for any fragile items you want to move.

Typically, we conduct a walk-through of most moves before the actual moving day, to make sure that everything is covered. If for any reason, some parameters are not defined before we get there, we will talk to you about it before we start the work. We will never give you a different price at the end of a move than what we agree to before it begins. We know that surprises are never welcomed when it comes to a budget, therefore, we value full transparency. The whole process of establishing parameters of the relocation (price per cubic foot, locations, packing/unpacking, the written contract, verbally verification) is designed for your protection. Therefore your full collaboration is welcomed.
How the estimate works

Since everybody’s stuff is different, as well as the picking & delivery points, before we make an estimate, we need complete information. Therefore, we prefer to talk to you, at least on the phone, to find out WHAT you want to relocate and WHERE IT IS and WHERE IT IS GOING in order to give you a fair and accurate quote. This is part of our transparent policy we have. Once we see your stuff and your place, we will give you a quote and that is what you pay.
